Corporate documents of the company in Estonia: translations, apostille
You have registered a company in Estonia.
After registering a company, you have official documents regulating the rights and obligations of a legal entity registered under Estonian law and its members.
These documents are necessary to confirm the status of the legal entity itself or for legally significant actions: for example, to open a bank account in another country, to conclude a transaction with a partner, to conduct an audit in another jurisdiction, etc.

For all of the above, you may require our services as a Contact Person in Estonia. According to the law, we — as the Contact Person (this is indicated in the Commercial Register during your company registration) — can request the necessary documents from the register on your behalf, namely:
- Extended extract from the Estonian Commercial Register with notarization – €25. Available in Estonian or English. The extended extract shows the company’s beneficiaries. Processing time – 1 day.
- Simple extract from the Estonian Commercial Register with notarization – €20. Available in Estonian or English. Processing time – 1 day.
- Duplicate of the Articles of Association and the Founding Agreement with notarization – €50. Available only in Estonian. Processing time – 1 day.
- Duplicate of the Articles of Association with notarization – €20. Available only in Estonian. Processing time – 1 day.
- Certificate of Tax Residency of the Estonian company, certified by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board – €50. Contains information in four languages – Estonian, Finnish, English, and Russian. Processing time – 1 day.
- Annual Report of the company with notarization – €50. Available only in Estonian. Processing time – 1 day.
Depending on the destination country, in addition to the above documents, an apostille may also be required.
In today’s world, the apostille is a recognized international standard for certifying the legal validity of a document. This format is valid in all countries that accept the apostille as a form of legalization.
An apostille does not require further authentication or legalization and is accepted by the official authorities of all member countries of the 1961 Hague Convention.
- Apostille – €120 per set. Has an international format and usually does not require separate translation. The apostille is affixed to a bound set of documents. Processing time – 1 day.
Since the founding documents of an Estonian company are drafted in the official state language — Estonian — using them in other Baltic, EU, or foreign jurisdictions often requires an additional translation.

- Sworn translation of Annual Report from Estonian to English/Russian – €150. Timeframe: 1-3 business days.
